We deliver within the United Kingdom and the United States

 

3. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders of 2 products or more. Shipping on single box orders cost £3.99. 

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 6pm Monday to Friday are mailed out by the next business day. Once your Sipmate product leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to follow the progress of your delivery. During busy periods, such as bank holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

For pre-orders we'll state an estimated delivery date on the product page. Once we are 100% confident that there are no delays, we'll be in touch via email with confirmation.

5. What happens if my product is damaged or goes missing?

We'll do our absolute best to make sure that your Sipmate product reaches you in perfect condition. But occasionally things might go wrong. If your product is damaged between dispatch and delivery please get in touch with us at info@mysipmate.com with a photo. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible. 

If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund.
